Innocent Man Spent 16yrs in Prison for Rape He Didn't Commit

It's not easy to be an African-American, you must live above board always and even pray that you are not wrongly accused for something you did not do. It's not easy to prove your innocence.
A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, William Ryan, has overturned the conviction of a man who spent 16 years in prison for sexual assaults that DNA evidence later proved he didn't commit.

The man Luis Vargas (pictured above) broke down in tears as the judge ordered the case dismissed after new DNA evidence showed he is innocent and linked the crime to a serial attacker on the FBI's list.
